Founder, CEO
Odile Jiang
Odile is a senior international executive with extensive experiences in both capital market and corporate management. She worked in several MNCs with more than 10 years oversea experiences. Odile's research study of “The conditions of successful investment in China for international companies” has been published by Enterprise & Personnel,Sciences-Po de Paris CERI & CSO.
Odile is responsible for Asia Region development for CIME (Center of Innovation Management Expertise), a non-governmental organization based in France.
Ms. Jiang obtained a bachelor degree in finance from Renmin University of China and master degree from Sciences-Po de Paris. She participates the "i-Leap Enterprise leadership development" organized by Southern University of Science & Technology and HEC Paris.
Odile is also a Board Member of La French Tech Hong Kong & Shenzhen, Greater China.

Amanda Zhang
Amanda had more than 17 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing, strategic planning, international business and development in healthcare industry. She previously worked in a top-tier hospital in Beijing. She also worked in several renowned pharmaceutical companies included Roche, GlaxoSmithKline, Bayer and Fosun Pharma. Amanda had participated in innovative biotech pharmaceutical companies for the establishment of innovative drugs, formulation of clinical development strategies, valuation and financing support.
Ms. Zhang obtained a bachelor degree in clinical medicine from China Capital Medical University, an MBA from China University of International Business and Economics, and an executive certificate in social medicine and health management from Renmin University of China.

Dennis Yang
Mr. Yang has sound working experiences in finance, he has worked in KPMG, Lucent Technology, Google Asia (Google) and many well-known domestic as well as foreign companies. As CFO, he led Tarena Education to go public on Nasdaq in the United States, and served as senior financial consultant/VP of UMU. Mr. Yang has the qualifications of Chinese Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Internal Control Evaluator, and Certified Management Accountant, and has experience in financial compliance, investor relationship management, and corporate financing planning at different stages.
Mr. Yang graduated from the Finance School of Renmin University of China with a bachelor's degree, and he got his MBA from Peking University and FordHam University in New York, USA.
